okay folks if you love U2, like U2, or even sort of kind of appreciate their music, get your heiny out to jordan commons or your local imax to see U23D. it is phenomenal. granted, i love these men and i think their music transcends time and space, but i will argue whether you are a die hard fan or as in bromley's case you "like 3D" and you "love loud things" you will enjoy yourself. from this joyous experience i learned and confirmed the following things:
the edge rocks my world. from his cowboy hat to the recently adopted beanie, he is the band. the edge = U2. i love him.
bono is not only the humanitarian and political activist du jour, but the definitive showman and the ultimate entertainer.
larry mullen jr. (only to be referenced by all three names,) has more rhythm in his pinky than the entire cast of drumline and more grease in his hair than danny zuko, this is why we love him.
and yes (nancy,) even this man, is a freaking rockstar. to you adam clayton.
i also learned that there are more white tank tops in buenos aires than in the rest of the world combined.
