a very, very, very fine house....

thanksgiving was a ball. the bodells were in oregon (& sorely missed,) so we spent this holiday with the busath clan. dinner was delicious, as usual, thank you liz. this year we started a tradition of "gingerbread house" making. they were really built from graham crackers, but we figure that allowed for a broader range of creativity than than any kit would have given us. from cozy cottages to ski lodges & gerble runs to world landmarks & beach houses, we saw a broad range of houses. fun to see the different ideas, styles, plans & execution. very much looking forward to next year.

Your hair cut is darling. I can't believe how dark it is.

Love you,
