unBELIZEable!

okay, so it is kind of ridiculous that i haven't done this yet, but here i am FINALLY posting some pics of our crazy trip to belize. i was waiting until i could sit down and really pick out the photos i wanted to share, but i am going to cheat, for now, and use some of the ones liz sent in an email. here goes.

it was amazing! we started deep in the belizian jungle where we saw mayan ruins, went spelunking through a mayan ritual cave and hung out in the laziest river in the world. it was nuts. then, off to "la isla bonita." that's right, just like the madonna song. she was inspired. we ate, swam, snorkled (touched a shark,) explored and had an all around great time. my favorite part was that the main form of transport on the island is golf cart. LOVED IT!!!
