for any and all who care to know, i had my 3 month check up on the ol' ticker and things couldn't look better. i am told that the hole in my heart is closed, plugged, healed and should never cause me a worry in the world. have to go back at the one year mark for good measure, but all things considered, i am better than new. now i can go run that marathon i have always wanted to...yeah right. my actual 3 month heart anniversary is on the 14th, thought that was kind of apropo.
