Marcie. This is a few posts late but I just had to comment on your tribute to Punxsutawney Phil. He lives just a few towns away from me so be jealous. People around here are crazy about this shadow business. In fact, my hubby works with a lady who gave herself the title “the official groundhog lady” She goes from school to school talking about “Phil” because they are on a first named basis. She also is the very proud owner of over 2000 toy groundhogs and a groundhog haircut. She gave Ruby a Phil doll and when Ruby opened it she called it a “bear” and our lady friend insists we work on calling it Phil not bear. We love our town!

Marce - I went and bought some of this stuff 2 days ago because I value your opinion. GREAT recommendation! I LOVE it. So fresh and yummy. You should become my personal shopper now.
PS - Also a few days ago I was at a stoplight on South Temple and about 500 East when I saw a young couple walking along the sidewalk. The guy was tall, "Bromley-like" with a hat, etc. and the girl was this cute little thing with a hat on, RAIN BOOTS, etc. Anyway, I completely thought it was YOU two --- and of course, rolled down my window, waved and yelled, "Marce!!" at the top of my lungs when they were walking past my car. Yep - I made a complete idiot of myself, because the light was still red and I had to sit there for 2 more minutes while they stared at me through my rolled up tinted windows because I realized it wasn't you. :)
