i turn thirty. i share this, not to solicit extravagant gifts and lavish birthday wishes (unless you already did...) but rather to share my new perspective. all of a sudden, life has new purpose. today is no longer about the chocolates, the gifts and the spoiling. today is about the people i love and the people who love me back. don't get me wrong, i have always known that relationships and family ties have been number one, but now it is truly striking and crystal clear. this little person who has dropped down from heaven, into my life is proof positive that there is a God and no doubt a higher purpose.
today was spent with those i love most. today was a quiet day at home, a long lovely nap, a romantic dinner for two and an evening with my boys. thank you to all for the phone calls, texts and emails, you made me smile. thank you mom for being our baby sitter. thank you brom for being my valentine. i love you all and wish you a very Happy Valentine's Day. life is good. very, very good.

Marcie, little Ollie is so adorable!! I told all the little ladys of the Highland View ward about Bromley having a baby in our Relief Society good news minute and they were all tickled pink. They sure do love that Busath family in the HV ward.
Also, Happy Birthday!!! I hope it was a fantastic day. There is something bittersweet about getting older. It's hard to see that number go up, but the wisdom and clarity that comes with it is all worth it.

I'm always a day (or two) late, and a dollar short it seems - so I'm kicking myself that I missed sending you b-day wishes on Sunday. I suppose my excuse is that it was really crazy here in our home because my friend had her baby on Friday and we took their two kids over the weekend while she was in the hospital. ANYWAY --- Happy Birthday!! Better late than never right? Love you!
Marce I was thinking about you on your big day-- (hard to forget a V-day birthday girl) so I randomly checked your blog and HOLY COW!!! You have a BABY. He is beautiful Marce!
