my baby turned two...two weeks old that is. and though i know it is terribly cliche, the time is already flying right past me and i fear that before i know it, he will really be two. in months then years. i am trying desperately to enjoy every moment, even the ones where he is squeaking from his bassinet at three in the morning and every muscle in my body hurts. i love this little person more than i knew i could and he makes waking up to change a diaper in the middle of the night worth it. to celebrate, we had a photo session with grandpa and if i do say so myself, the results were beautiful. love, love, love this baby.
today...
we went to see the pediatrician. all is well with this little munchkin and he continues to grow before our eyes. only two weeks old and he has gone from a miniature 6 lbs 6 oz to a staggering 7 lbs 5 oz. according to the pediatrician this is right on track, but if you ask me, he's getting too big too fast. on the flip side, more to love.
*yes, this blog has become purely baby-centric...deal with it.

Oh, right on Jocelyn... please more pictures!! It's so hard NOT to post about your child when a blog is used for letting thoughts and ideas and inspirations out, and well, once you have a child they are a huge part of all of those things. I love it, and he is adorable. So happy to hear you are enjoying every moment and inch of him!

Oh my goodness...Congrats! I just fell upon your blog again and now I am adding it to mine because I want to keep up with this kid...because seriously...I love the name Oliver. Love it! Way to go kid.
