going, going, gone....

here i am and there he goes. i am back to being a single (but very married) girl for a couple weeks. back to my parent's basement, back to watching movies alone on a friday night, back to cuddling with my dog. dropped brom off at the big ol airport today and it is a little cheesier than i can handle, but the immortal words of john denver keep playing in my head

But the dawn is breakin

It's early morn

The taxi's waitin

He's blowin his horn

Already I'm so lonesome I could die

as much as i have been trying to convince myself that two weeks is nothing, it felt like a whole lotta something this morning.

OKay, so I can't remember the name of that dish at Purple Sage!! I know, I know! I can tell you it was a homemage ravioli with a butter sour apple sauce over it. mmmmmmmmm!!! Also, I really want to know your favorite places to eat too- so I tag you officially.

I hear ya sister, and mine was only gone for the weekend. I hope you get lots of good dog-snuggling in. :) I didn't even have that.

oh man...totally feel your pain. Adam just got back last night, and I thought I would die, I was so lonely. It sounds pathetic, but you do get lonely. If you want to hang out, I would love to! I have been needing a girls night. Maybe Friday?

Marce, give yourself a break! It is hard to be separated by a massive ocean a couple land masses. If anything you will get a few more things done and be able to see a few more movies...(hope that's a good thing!!) Jenny gets back from Australia and I am officially stuck here in the slc, so lets get together. I am certain that in 5 more hours your social agenda will be completely full for the next two weeks, you are a popular gal! xoxo

Where's Brom off to? I can totally relate, except minus the dog and family.

Thanks for the nice comment Marce. I needed to hear that today. Tender mercies I tell you. You gals are always looking out for me. By the way, I make a complete ninny out of myself when I'm at the airport. I'm usually a blundering fool and won't let Chase go. Isn't it nice to be so in love?
