thanks to my lovely co-worker jamie, i tried using these and LOVE them. i can now drink a ridiculous amount of water during my day, but subsequently make far more visits to the loo. you win some, you lose some. thanks friend!

ok, so i am with you on the grocery cart thing. i start to cringe when i think about hyrum being big enough to sit in that germ filled baby-holder thing. luckily someone gave me one of those baby cover things. i miss you!
